This appeal involves a property line dispute between two adjoining landowners in a residential subdivision of Jefferson County. Robert and Janet Jones brought an action to quiet title to a strip of land approximately seven feet wide running parallel to their western property line. The Jones property consists of Lot No. 2 in front and a portion of Lot No. 10 in the rear. The Greene property consists of Lot No. 1 in front and the remaining portion of Lot. No. 10 in back. The trial court quieted title in the Joneses, finding they had adversely possessed the disputed strip for more than ten years.
